After conquering naniwa cycling course last saturday with Rose, I proceed to my friends house for pinoy lunch. They just move here in Osaka and wanted to met some old friends from work and school. So we were all Bisaya so no problem with changing one language to another ( so tiring ). Had a sumptious homemade Filipino lunch, ahh yummy, its been so long since eating a Pinoy-bisayan food. Anyway, while eating we played some WII, and yup I fell so in love with yet. Everybody was haggling the controller, that I finally gave up playing, though i was able to play a few tennis , boxing game, and naruto game. After which we played some PS3, now that game was flashy as Kagz would describe yet.

Around 5pm, they left for the indiana movie, i was left with the host since I was not planning to watch the movie. So I have all the controller to meself…. Played the PS3 naruto game, and I can say I was getting the hang of it. Win a couple of times.. then we tried playing all the Mario Cart cup, so that we can open a new game, but failed miserable. So yeah, I definitely want a WII game but first I need a bigger screen. so anybody out there wanting to donate around $1000 ?? :p

on the dragonboat side, got an email from Captain and Shimochi a few weeks ago. But i just could not muster myself to answer them and gave them a proper reason or refusal. Running away again.. It’s almost competition time and here I am still confuse on how to face them.. to email or not to email, that is my dilema, been composing my mail but everytime i tried to put in words it just seem to float away.. oh well , i will give it a try again tonite, hopefully I can give them a proper answer

the mail i received from mr. manager today was totally different from the previous mails I got from him this month. and since, im expecting a news on my project/work status from him i hurriedly decided and ask the project leader to go home early ( around 7pm ), though I usually go home between 7-8pm, I was planning to stay a little late today to finish the testing im doing. anyways, it was not so good news ( work wise ) since according the agent who put me in this client, I have communication problem. Huh?? the first question mr. manager asked, is that if the work is difficult and if i properly report my progress. well first of all, im not a genius to master everything about the project which i did not code in less than 3 weeks, second our work progress is monitored everyday. we give our progress report of the previous day in our morning meeting, then after that someone will approach each member to ask for a status a few hours after the morning meeting and a few hours after lunch, then before we go home for day we have to give a very detail daily report and of course there is also the work schedule written on the white board. all of these, ive followed. so i wonder why they say that I’ve got a communication problem, work-related or is it a non-work related communication problem :p

although i already know that the initial contract was only for a month, to help with their bug fixes, i don’t think it is fair to make excuses. my suspicion is that the client has no more work to assign to me right now. I don’t know which side gave the reason, the actual client or the agent but if my work ends, oh well so be it too bad though, I like the atmosphere of the company , its totally different compared to the different work place ive been too but its business and im just glad that i know beforehand…

well know the final decision next week if am going to enter vacation mode again… yipee….

i’ve never been bother with my age ( I always feel young ) and the fact that I’m also not in a relationship which seems to bother a lot of people, weird.. recently I talked with a friend and the same question popup , “ Do you have a boyfriend already?” in which the answer is still the same .. NONE.. then she blurted out WHAT?? you are getting old, get one.. Hello!!! its not something you can pick out in the supermarket or department store hehehehe

well i never did notice my age, till they mentioned the age of their kids, “oh she is already a year and a half, the last you visited here, she was still a few weeks old…“ darn am a year older already, then their is also the fact the my friends seems to be getting married..which brings back another conversation from another friend.

friend: are you married?

ideru: no

friend: why?

ideru: ( wondering how the heck to answer this kind of question!!!) hmm, i guess not yet time??

friend: oh you should get married soon and have kids

ideru: (still don’t know how to respond without hurting friends feeling).. ahh ok ill think about it.

wahhhhh .. that is why i rarely appear online on my ym, to avoid getting this questions.. in denial eh, well not really, its just so tiring to repeat myself again and again and again. My parents are not even pressuring me and im the eldest, anyway to my friends who keep asking this question, don’t worry so much about my marital status, am happy the way i am right now. I may become a spinster and die as one, but that is not the point here, the point is Im living the way I want to live. OK , ja ijou da ne

 Nakss.. seriousness kaau ang title

Anyway, a friend inspired me to share some the beauty products I’ve used since living here in Japan. Back in the Philippines, I don’t wear makeup not even powder since it so hot I always feel that my face is carrying a kilo worth of baggage :D. I do put some water-based moisturizer.

After 6-months of living in Japan, I had a stomach problem and the doctor told me to minimize ascorbic in-take. He told me to lessen my Vitamin C, as it is one of the reason for my hyperacidity ( not sure it was really related ). During those times, this product was released, and I got curious with it and compared to other whitening products, it was the least expensive of them all. It also contain a little amount of Vitamin C. I continued using this for about a year or so and I was happy about the result. Friends kept telling me about the changes in my skin and that really made me happy. I’ve recommended this to some friends too, but I’m not sure if its working with them. I think it really depends also upon the environment, the food we eat and our lifestyle. So before taking or during , be sure to observe any changes in your body for allergies and other unwanted side effects. If you are also on current medication, be sure to consult your doctor if its not harmful.

Pond’s Double White. Im a Pond’s girl ever since i tried their facial soap and my pimples breakout were lessen during my college days. So when I was looking for a moisturizer, I bump into this water-based facial lotion, so i give it a try. No pimples and light on the skin especially during summer here in Japan. I hate putting on suncreen cause it soo hot, so this facial lotion serves both as my facial moisturizer and sunscreen.

The white bottle is supposedly used for daytime and the blue bottle is used during nighttime. But my facial wipe is already has moisturizer so no need to put the blue one at night. So both bottle serves as my daytime moisturizer . Last longer that way and saves me lots of money. Again if you try this product, be sure to watch out for any reactions, allergies .

Another Pond’s product I’ve been using is the Pearl White Cream, I could not find it here in Japan so I usually ask somebody to buy it for me at home. So there you are folks, that is my facial regimens…

Invited myself to join friends to go cycling from JR Kyoto Station to Arashiyama, I was so excited for this event till the weather forecast said it was going to be raining, and it did. By 0730, received an email that it was officially canceled. Rose , Kyrie and I decided to go cycling in the afternoon to USJ , but around 0900 the plan was again put into action. Met up with Rose, kay, Romsil, Los and Arnel in Shin Osaka station around 1100 and left for Kyoto.

When we arrived in Kyoto, it was still raining… wahhhhh… But it did not stop us and off we went to get our bicycles from the rental shop. Started from Kyoto Station around 1230 and took Karasuma avenue -> Shijo avenue . Took us about 1.5 hours ( including 30 minutes lunch ).
