As K-sensei was explaining about the formation of Japan Alps, this word came out. Shiwa, as he said is one word you should never mentioned to a Japanese woman :D. I think its not only Japanese woman but every woman around the world 
The world can also refer to water ripple, or creased on the clothes .
This was the song I was humming yesterday morning where the old-ugly pathetic stinky old guy in front of me said “urusai” , it was my last song syndrome before I left the house.

Been watching a lot of movies lately relating planets .. so i’m using this as the topic for today
Solar System - 太陽系 － たいようけい
Sun - 太陽 － たいよう
Mercury - 水星 －すいせい
Venus - 金星 － きんせい
Earth - 地球 － ちきゅう
Mars － 火星 － かせい
Jupiter －木星 － もくせい
Saturn － 土星 － どせい
Uranus － 天王星 －てんのうせい
Neptune － 海王星 － かいおうせい
Pluto －冥王星 － めいおうせい
if you know the kanji for days of the week, notice that each planet also uses the same kanji plus the kanji for start (星） except for earth.

There are lots of uses for this word, but remember this is an informal form.
There are four kinds of Kanji Structure
象形 「しょうけい」 syoukei
指事 「しじ」 shiji
会意 「かいい」kaii
形声 「けいせい」 keisei
