What started to be a usual clear summer day turned into a rainy one. Met with friends around 1730 and look for a good location for hanabi(firework) watching in ?nth Yodogawa Hanabi.
Weather forecast predicted that it would be cloudy in the afternoon but no rain. Then dark clouds started looming in the sky and when the lightning got nearer and nearer and we are on an open field, we left our place and started strolling around the nearby stalls in case it will really rain. And then it started pouring down, we ran to a nearby house and about 5 minutes or so, the fireworks started.
Shiera and I went back to our first location ( with no umbrella ) to get our plastic mats and use it as shelter from the rain. We were the only ones among the group who were brave enough to run all the way back to the field and watch the firework 
. And since I left my camera with Kay, I was not able to get some pictures, such a waste since there were really some nice and colorful fireworks. Oh well , hopefully i can still see some next year
and speaking of hanabi, we also went last august 2 in Kobe Meriken Park. You can see the firework video I took here.

I am so RED…. besides the dragonboat practice/competition I joined last year, I’ve never spent whole day in the water in middle of summer for the past 2-3 years. Together with some old friends and acquaintances from Kitano Church, we went to Misaki area to enjoy a day in the beach and pool.
The beach is not that inviting compared to the beaches I’m used to back home:D. It was full of rocks, but seeing the children enjoying the water made me decide to take a little dip but the was so refreshing and sooooo cold that I ended up staying too long. Also you can really see lots of fish , they are so close that you could almost touch them. If jelly fishes did not start popping, I would have stayed longer
Then after lunch we decided to move to a nearby pool, it was a hot day but the water in the pool is cold that I stayed till around 3 in the afternoon. So you see its not something to get surprised to get sunburned
so now my face is ssoooo red and it feels so hot, but i had soo much fun playing in the water

After nth year of being idle, I finally remember I have a multiply account . I’m still in the process of updating it, but you can find it here : Ideru Multiply.
On the other hand, I’ve recently watched this very cool anime called Mushishi.
From wiki:
The story features ubiquitous creatures called Mushi that often display supernatural powers. Mushi are described as beings in touch with the essence of life, far more basic and pure than the grotesque creatures we are accustomed to. Due to their ephemeral nature most humans are incapable of perceiving Mushi and are oblivious to their existence, but there are a few who possess the ability to see and interact with Mushi. The Mushi depicted in the anime look very similar to floaters.
One such person is Ginko (ギンコ, Ginko?), the main character of the series. He employs himself as a Mushi master (蟲師, mushi-shi?), travelling from place to place to research Mushi and aid people suffering from problems caused by them. The series is an episodic anthology in which the only common elements among episodes are Ginko and the various types of Mushi. There is no over-arching plotline.
It’s really a cool anime, so don’t miss it

After conquering naniwa cycling course last saturday with Rose, I proceed to my friends house for pinoy lunch. They just move here in Osaka and wanted to met some old friends from work and school. So we were all Bisaya so no problem with changing one language to another ( so tiring ). Had a sumptious homemade Filipino lunch, ahh yummy, its been so long since eating a Pinoy-bisayan food. Anyway, while eating we played some WII, and yup I fell so in love with yet. Everybody was haggling the controller, that I finally gave up playing, though i was able to play a few tennis , boxing game, and naruto game. After which we played some PS3, now that game was flashy as Kagz would describe yet.
Around 5pm, they left for the indiana movie, i was left with the host since I was not planning to watch the movie. So I have all the controller to meself…. Played the PS3 naruto game, and I can say I was getting the hang of it. Win a couple of times.. then we tried playing all the Mario Cart cup, so that we can open a new game, but failed miserable. So yeah, I definitely want a WII game but first I need a bigger screen. so anybody out there wanting to donate around $1000 ?? :p
on the dragonboat side, got an email from Captain and Shimochi a few weeks ago. But i just could not muster myself to answer them and gave them a proper reason or refusal. Running away again.. It’s almost competition time and here I am still confuse on how to face them.. to email or not to email, that is my dilema, been composing my mail but everytime i tried to put in words it just seem to float away.. oh well , i will give it a try again tonite, hopefully I can give them a proper answer

Invited myself to join friends to go cycling from JR Kyoto Station to Arashiyama, I was so excited for this event till the weather forecast said it was going to be raining, and it did. By 0730, received an email that it was officially canceled. Rose , Kyrie and I decided to go cycling in the afternoon to USJ , but around 0900 the plan was again put into action. Met up with Rose, kay, Romsil, Los and Arnel in Shin Osaka station around 1100 and left for Kyoto.
When we arrived in Kyoto, it was still raining… wahhhhh… But it did not stop us and off we went to get our bicycles from the rental shop. Started from Kyoto Station around 1230 and took Karasuma avenue -> Shijo avenue . Took us about 1.5 hours ( including 30 minutes lunch ).

Went off alone in the mountain to get some pictures, but unfortunately ( really stupid of me ) I forgot to check my batteries , it was not charged… wahahhhhhhhhhhhhhh…..
Arashiyama, was vividly green it was really pretty and with the recent rain it was beautiful, these are my fave pic of this trip..
