Chocolate Sweet Potato Cake
I found another cake recipe that only use rice cooker..
I did not put confectioner sugar so it looks bare but its really good.
Here is the recipe
- 150g of wheat flour
- 5g of baking powder
- 1 pc. ( 170 g ) of sweet potato
- 30g of chocolate
- 80g of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100cc milk
- 1 tbsp. of margarine
- wash and cut the sweet potato and microwave it for about 3-4 minutes
- mix egg and milk
- combine flour and baking powder, salt and sugar
- add the milk and egg mixture, margarine, chocolate and sweet potato
- grease the rice cooker with butter ( optional )
- start cooking
I think i put too much sweet potato on mine , that normal cooking ( same as rice ) was not enough. The upper portion was still uncooked, so I set it again and was just enough to cook everything..
