You’re Fired

“Opaw(Baldy)” informed that our work was until yesterday. I thought that it was only about the project, and not the company. I even asked on my daily report what the next assignment would be.

This morning as I was preparing for another boring day, one of the project leaders approached me and ask if we did not hear any new information from the company, and I answered No, nothing. He then explained that our last day was yesterday, March 31,2008.

Usually, if our contract is not going to be renewed we are informed one month before not on the day itself. It was frustrating to learn it this way. At least they have the decency to tell us personally, or inform us properly that they don’t need us, not even a single email. It really made me so furious .. grrrr..

  1. Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. That was very unprofessional of them! >:(

I wish you luck in finding a replacement job soon. God bless!

  2. @Florence, finding the replacement job is the work of our company so we are not that worried about that. The thing that angered Shiera and me was the lack of communication from them. We look so stupid there. Even our own manager was so surprised with the current decision, he thought it was because today was april fool’s day, so yeah they are idiotsss .. :D
