during those times
you reach a certain age where you need to be careful of the food you take, take moderation on sweets and other junk food , well because you are not that young anymore or at least your metabolism is not what it used to be. i love sweets, sometimes its the only thing i would eat on breakfast or lunch or dinner and im already satisfied. as ive said, as you go older, your activities change, worked will make you less active than you were used thus changing your body’s metabolism.
coming to japan, ive discovered some energy-supplements food that can get me thru the day till I can have my proper meal, good for diet too since you won’t feel hungry and need to stuff yourself with all those mouth-watering aero ( chocolate )..
here are my list of energy-supplement food i’ve tried so far:
1. Calorie Mate Block

- i was curious with this when i saw the commercial, and when i worked in 2 hours away from home before i decided to give it try. i bought the chocolate flavour, and it was good. it’s not so sweet and its fulfilling.
2. Soyjoy
- again i knew about from watching its commercial. one time, i got so hungry and i have yet to cycle my way home from the station, i pass by a small pharmacy and i grab a chocolate-orange flavoured soyjoy and it was really good. by the time i reached home i was no longer hungry and that was the only dinner i had
there are still lots of varities , but this 2 were the only one i could dare to try …

I’ll sometimes have either one when I have an early morning and no time for breakfast but need something to keep me going. The chocolate ones are my favourite too.

I’ve never tried soy-joy, but have had the chocolate calorie mate, but recently I’ve switched to balance up (again, the chocolate one… hehe)
