Sashimi … ( Raw Fish)
I know lots of people does not like Sashimi but I just love this food. In the Philippines my family love to eat kinilaw - the Philippine version of Sashimi soak in vinegar and other spices. But in Japan, it is not soak with anything so that it would not change the taste of the fish. I don’t like wasabe, so I use a little bit of soy sauce and if available a little bit of chili.. yummy..
If you want to eat a really good sashimi, be sure that the fish is really fresh, cause if not its really gross.

I would like to have some to steam. I can’t eat it raw. I like fish and chilli so they are perfect for me when cooked.

My 12yo daughter said: “Gawa tayo!” She loves sashimi and maki, sobra. One time we got 16 pieces of California maki and she ate everything!

I love sashimi - truly delish. I have almost-sashimi has my delicous. All it needs is a knife.

I’m not big on raw foods, Japanes or Pinoy. But the Japanese food seem like a work of art to me. Nice presentation.
