Bread Galore
So these are the bread that I made during my basic bread baking course.
( start from the top left )
Almond, Butter Roll , Cheese Roll, Dog Roll, English Muffin, Raisin Bread, Green Tea Bread
I think my fave would have to be the English Muffin and the Green Tea Bread. I was actually surprised with the Green Tea bread, cause one of its ingredient is Natto ( Fermented Beans ) and im not a fan of Natto but its Sweet Natto so maybe it would not be so bad . But it turned out to be very delicious I guess the combination the green tea(bitter) and sweet natto compliment each other.
I really wish to continue till the master course but no time as of the moment.. so maybe next year..

@sunjun, I think the ingredients is not hard to find. You just need to have powdered green tea and you can substitute the sweet natto ( if you can’t find any ) with chocolate chips. I do have the recipe but its to mendokusai to type hehehe.. but I can fax it to you if like

Oh the sweet ones… like coated in sugar or something right?
They’re totally different to the smelly health food natto. You can get them from supermarkets in little plastic packets in the snacks section I think.
