A philanthropist awards you $50,000 with the stipulation that you may use half of it for yourself and the other half you must use for the benefit of others. By “benefit of others” it can mean anything really, buying a gift for a family member or donating to a charity.

1. How do you spend the money on yourself? I don’t need much actually but I would use the money to finish the operation on the father’s other eye, buy the diabetic test/monitoring equipment for mother and a year supply of heart medicine, a little for brother’s college tuition and use the rest as a downpayment for the lot we have been eyeing at home.
 2. How do you use the money for others? Please be detailed, so if you say “give X dollars to charity, let us know what charity and why you select that one.  There is a forum called Istorya.net, composed mostly of Bisaya speakers from Visaya and Mindanao and they do a lot of Charity work. Money is collected all around the world and they usually visit different institution by themselves, not just donate but they do it .. its so cool. I have not given a single cent yet cause I want to join the activity ..

3. If you were to spend part of your money to have a performer do a show for you, who would it be and why? If Grace is inviting the Moscow Circus, I would love to invite the Disney on Ice performers and have the
street children and people in the home for the aged to enjoy this kind of event.

4. If you were to use it on a new vehicle for yourself, what kind? The money is not enough to buy my dream car . But if it is possible, i would love to have a bmw mini copper..

 5. If you spent part of it to go to a “fantasy” camp, what type would you choose?  A camp? hmm I don’t know.. adventure camp for families??

6. If you were to use it to buy season tickets for a sports team, what team would it be? N.B.A or Wembeldon ( did i spell it right? )

7. If you were to use it to go on a cruise (assuming you like cruises) where would you cruise to?  Carribean would be cool..

8. If you were to use it to go to NYC to see a show (or shows) what would you see?  Its New York it has to be the shows perform in Carnegie Hall.. any show or orchestra would be so cool..

9. Totally off subject (but since Fall is coming) what is your favorite carnival food (I was watching “Big” while writing this and saw them at the carnival)? Ramen
