The “Hakone Kowakien Yunessun” is a hot spring amusement park and spa resort located in Hakone area. So how did I end up in this area. It was the autumn of 2002, when I was doing my AOTS training and Nene , Naomi and I decided to take the Hakone tour. It was already the first week of November and Hakone is already bursting with colors and the weather was good though it was already cold. We went to all the famous area, rode the cable car , ropeway, and pirate ship. No clouds that the day, so we could see the magnificent Mt. Fuji,  great view.

After a very tiring day, we decided to go and take a deep in Japan’s famous Onsen. But we did not know where the onsen are, most famous onsen are located on the mountain areas and can usually be reached by car. We decided to take a bus and just tour the place and see if we could pick an onsen on the way. Luckily we found Yunessun. This was actually my onsen debut. I was nervous and yet very excited to try it. I tried all the different type that was available and so loving it. So if you are in Japan, get rid of those shyness and have a deep in the Onsen..
