is Bangus. Yes !!! Bangus, or Milkfish in English.

I love eating this fish whether is boneless or bonefull I have not eaten Bangus for almost 2 years now, since this is not a common fish in Japan.

When I went to Tokyo in Ueno last golden week I saw that its sold there, so I asked my cousin to send me some last week, and it arrived last saturday. Yippeeee.. its bangus time once again
