Momofuku Ando was the inventor of Instant Ramen. A ramen shop in memory of Momofuku as well as the Musuem can be all found in Ikeda City.

The momofuku original ramen is/was a chicken flavor. The noodles is different from the tonkutsu flavor but both were still delicious and satisfying
